We understand that circumstances may change, and you may need to cancel your subscription with Pacific Mail Hub. Please review our cancellation policy below:
1. Cancellation Process:
To cancel your subscription, please log in to your Pacific Mail Hub account on our website. Navigate to the cancellation section, where you can submit a cancellation request. Cancellation requests must be submitted at least 5 business days before the end of the billing cycle to avoid charges for the following month. Cancellation requests must include the customer’s name, account information, and a brief reason for cancellation (optional but appreciated for our service improvement efforts). Alternatively, you can contact our customer service team for assistance.
2. Cancellation Fees:
Depending on the type of subscription and the remaining duration, cancellation fees may apply. These fees are designed to cover administrative and processing costs associated with closing your account.
3. Refunds:
Pacific Mail Hub does not offer refunds for the remaining unused portion of your subscription after cancellation. Any prepaid fees for future months are nonrefundable.
4. Return of Mail and Packages:
Upon cancellation, we will hold any incoming mail and packages for a specified period to allow you to make arrangements for their retrieval or you may request the return of your physical mail or packages Additional fees may apply for mail forwarding services after cancellation or will be deducted from any applicable refund.
5. Outstanding Payments:
Any outstanding payments or fees must be settled before the cancellation process is considered complete. Failure to clear outstanding balances may result in delays in processing the cancellation. Packages and mails will be held until all outstanding balances are cleared
6. Confirmation of Cancellation:
Once your cancellation request is processed and approved, you will receive a confirmation email detailing the closure of your account and any relevant information regarding the return of mail or packages.
7. Reactivation of Services:
If you decide to reactivate your subscription after cancellation, additional fees and a new contract term may apply. Please contact our customer service team for reactivation procedures and pricing.
